Here is a real review. I've had the phone for 3 weeks now and tested everything, unlike these bloggers who try the phone for 2 hours, then write their reviews. This phone is a HUGE let down! Blackberry is clueless.
PROS:
- Better than any previous Blackberry.
- Touch screen and a physical keyboard. I hate typing on touchscreens.
- Internet surfing is 100 times better than on the Blackberry Bold. Quick and easy.
- Camera is good.
- Always awesome email. The #1 reason I stayed with Blackberry. All 7 of my emails account on the main screen, very nice. Most people, like me, email & text much, much more often than talking on the phone or checking the internet. You'll realize this is the most efficient phone on the market today. iPhones are for people who play on their phone, Blackberry's are for people who want to get shit done on their phone.
- Terrific form factor. Slide down keyboard is very easy to use, and it feels sturdy.
- The screen. Is this a pro or con?! The screen is soooo much better than my previous Bold, but soooo far behind iPhone and Droid screens.
CONS:
- Music player remains terrible. Very difficult to organize songs. Playing and stopping and fast forwarding is a huge pain in the ass. Music player also has glitches.
- Speakerphone button on the touchscreen is very, very large, so while you are talking on the phone, it touches your cheek & goes to speakerphone all the time. WTF. Make the button small man.
- Same dropped calls all the damn time on the AT&T network.
- Comes preloaded with crap like Myspace and Yellowpages.com and Youtube. Good luck trying to delete those apps. Get this, they do not allow you to delete all of those useless apps!! Even if you 'hide' them, they pop up every time you type in ANY CHARACTER because its 'universal search'. This is complete bullshit! I should not have to view these stupid apps on a daily basis. If you press ANY BUTTON on the phone, these apps pop up, Yellowpages.com, Youtube, and others. This is so frustrating!!!!
- The touch screen is constantly turning sideways or upright. This is a cool feature for the first 30 minutes you own the phone. But for the next 400 days you own the phone, you realize how awful this feature is. Basically every time you access your phone, you have to press the Back button five or six times just to get to the main screen. Other screens that you never use CONSTANTLY pop up on accident, media screen, favorits, etc, and the phone is also sideways half the time. Trust me, you will never use the phone sideways because the keyboard is on the bottom. RIMM just wanted to add this feature because the iPhone has it.
I swear, the people who run RIMM must be retarded. They have no innovation, and even the stuff they copy is terrible.
- No period button or @ button on the keyboard; you must use Alt key for these. There should be a button for the period key at least.
- App Store doesn't even compare to Apple, but we knew that going in.
Overall, a huge dissappointment. Blackberry still seems like a lazy company. Where is the innovation???? Why are they so unconcerned with Apps? Why do they put a screen on their newest phone that seems juvenile compared to iPhone and Android screens? Why is the music player so difficult; it can't be that hard to copy Apple's music player. Why are we not allowed to delete apps!?!!
UPDATE: After I loaded a 16gb card full of music on the phone, like my old Blackberry, the phone started shutting down all time, 6-10 times per day. It was so bad I had to return the Torch and get a new one. Now I'm afraid to put any music at all on the Torch. The phone sucks. There's your review.

The Apple iPad is Bust! Not a smart move buying this device.
The Apple iPad has no multitasking feature! Hello!?! Do you realize how significant this is?! Why would you ever buy a device that will only allow 1 window open at a time. Do you realize how frustrating it would be to have to shut down your email to check something on the internet, or shut down 1 app to open another one? The iPad will be out of date within 3 months after the terrible reviews finally come out. The pre-release reviews are all subsidized by the Apple brass. Don’t believe them. Someday this device will be great, but this first one is a huge bust.

BEST OPTION STRATEGIES WEBSITE:
I've had a subscription to Option Spread Strategies now for 5 months. Very satisfied with their option picks thus far. The price is right too (other stock option services I've tried, like OptionMonster, are very expensive)
All five months have been easy money, about +15% each and every month like clockwork. Until this month...having to sweat a little with Baidu (BIDU) options. That's okay though, even a small loss here wouldn't be so bad. Last month's trade in Amazon.com (AMZN) resulted in a quick +$1500 bucks for me.
Anyway, I give OptionSpreadStrategies.com a nice thumbs up. Glad I found them.

Apple's Tablet Computer Will Be A Kindle-Killer
Prediction: Apple's upcoming tablet computer will be a Kindle-killer. Rumors continue to circulate that Apple's tablet will include an e-reader, similar to the Kindle, only better.
An announcement from Apple is scheduled for January 26th. Apple has been in talks with major book publishers. It would make sense for Apple to include an e-reader. If Apple is going to make a splash in the popular netbook arena, they need a huge selling point. The e-reader will be it.
This is not good news for Amazon. The Kindle is very cool, but why buy a Kindle when you can have full internet access with Apple's Tablet Computer? You can also have all your music on your Tablet; you'll also be able to download movies and watch them on your Tablet. Imagine a device with all your books, all your music, all your favorite movies & TV shows, with unlimited internet access. It's coming soon!
Apple's Tablet will have a 10.1 inch touch screen, and be priced at less than $1000.
This blogger will provide more information as it becomes available.

Oakland Raiders Busts Are Legendary
Its official. Jamarcus Russell is a bust. Darren McFadden is a bust. Darius Heyward-Bey is a bust. Three consecutive top 10 picks, three consecutive legendary busts.
No team in NFL history has done a worse job drafting.
And it will only get worse for Oakland: the Raiders gave away next year's #1 pick to the Patriots for Richard Seymour.
Word out of Oakland is that the coaching staff is actually trying to teach Heyward-Bey how to catch a football. Yes, how to catch, like teaching a little kid in Pop Warner. Further rumors persist that Jamarcus Russell does not care about the game and would love to take his millions and leave the game completely...
