Abdel Baset al-Megrahi killed 270 people by blowing up a plane over Lockerbie. Today he is a free man. People who kill 1 person should never be set free. How does this murderer get to walk free?!
Even worse, Libyan president Moammar Gadhafi gave the guy a giant hug when he got off the plane in Libya. Our government, and Britain's government are getting soft. This is just appalling.

NFL SUNDAY TICKET FROM DIRECT TV NOW $300
Direct TV has raised their prices substantially, again. NFL Sunday Ticket now costs $300 for service from September 13th to January 3rd, plus your $62 monthly service fee.
It's really not worth paying the scumbags at Direct TV $300. Sept 13th to Jan 3rd isn't that long. Plus you get at least 2 or 3 games every Sunday, as well as Sunday Night Football on NBC. Plus you get every Monday Night Football game. Plus you get every Thursday Night game. Plus you get all the NFL Playoffs free. WHY PAY $300 FOR A FEW EXTRA GAMES?

BEST ONLINE FOOTBALL HANDICAPPER
There's a ton of dishonest, unreliable & flat out shady online handicappers out there. The only online handicapper I can really recommend is Lock Of The Day (http://www.lockoftheday.com/). DETROIT LIONS FUTURE
Question: In football, what is the least important position on the field (offense & defense)? Answer: Tight End. It's absolutely mind-boggling that a team that went 0-16 last year, and needs help EVERYWHERE, would draft a Tight End in the first round of the NFL Draft. Furthermore, the Lions drafted another Tight End later in the draft!? They drafted two Tight Ends! This is unbelievable!
The Lions also drafted a WR in round 3, and a RB in round 6. Keep in mind the Lions had the 32 ranked defense, dead last in the NFL last year.
I'm not sure why the Detroit Lions draft and future seem to be flying under the radar, but somebody needs to call them out on it.

How do you pass up LB Ray Muauluga twice? Or LB Clay Mathews? Or CB Vontae Davis, DT Peria Jerry, or LB James Laurinitas?
If I'm the Lions GM, here is my draft: OT Jason Smith, CB Vontae Davis, LB Ray Muauluga, and DE Jason Gilbert with the first 4 picks. Now that's a draft! Those three would definitely get the defense going in the right direction. Jason Smith would help protect next year's quarterback. Sam Bradford and Colt McCoy are MUCH BETTER than Mathew Stafford and Mark Sanchez and Josh Freeman.
Letting Culpepper play this year and building a tougher defense would have been the wise move. A strong defense makes you competitive. A fricken Tight End does not make you competitive! Defense wins championships. The Lions are absolutely clueless and all management should be fired. I could run this team, and make them competitive within two years.

Southwest Airlines Credit Card $60/yr
Southwest Airlines SWA credit card costs $60/year. Why would anyone ever pay an annual fee for a credit card when there are so many credit cards with NO ANNUAL FEE?!
Southwest Airlines' card is a ripoff.
Furthermore, to earn a free flight using their credit card, you need to spend over $19,000. Yeah, that will get you one free flight. SWA is asleep at the wheel on this one. If they had no annual fee I would consider it.

UFC 101 Predictions
If you checked my blog for UFC 100 Predictions, you saw that I correctly predicted all three fights. Nice. More importantly, the one that I bet heavily on, GSP over Alves, easily won.
For UFC 101 I am going with Kenny Florian, a sizeable underdog, to beat BJ Penn. It will be a tremendous fight, regardless of the outcome. I believe Florian is better conditioned, and he will take advantage of BJ in the later rounds. BJ is notorious for getting tired and giving up. Florian's elbows are wicked. One nasty elbow and cut and BJ will be on the defensive. Florian, a 2-1 underdog, is the bet.
In the other fight, take Silva. Griffin is out-classed in this matchup. Silva is a Lock.
I have $500 on Florian to win a grouper ($1000) and $1500 to win $500 on Silva.
